The Royal Grand offers three floor plans/models - 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (823 sq. ft.), the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom model (1,124 sq. ft.) offers a split bedroom floor plan making it ideal for a roommate situation, and a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom model (1,314 sq. ft.).  All condos at Royal Grand include a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a stacked washer and dryer (or hook-up) and a balcony (2nd & 3rd floors only) or patio (1st floor).  The top floor condo units feature vaulted ceilings.  Many condominiums offer views of the lake and/or pool.

The clubhouse at Royal Grand includes a fitness center, billiards room and an indoor racquetball court.  Next to the clubhouse is a lakeside pool, sundeck and barbecue/lounge bar.  Additional Royal Grand amenities include a combination tennis/basketball court as well as a sand volleyball court.

The entrance to Royal Grand condos is located on University Drive.  Building numbers include 2600/2620/2640 S. University Drive in Davie, Florida.  The community is close to the popular Tower Shops as well as I-595, making this an ideal location for commuters.  The community is governed by the Royal Grand Condominium Association.  Although it is a pet friendly community, they only allow a maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight of no more than 50 pounds, and no aggressive breeds are allowed.
