The majority of the townhouses at Saddle Up in Davie, Florida, were built between 1986-1989 and the six located to the north of the pool area were built in 1997.  This gated equestrian community offers 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes with 2.5 bathrooms.  Only a dozen Saddle Up townhouses have a 2 car garage while one has a 1 car garage and all those are located directly across from the paddocks.  The rest of the townhomes offer 2+ parking spaces and a fenced courtyard entry.  The floor plan models were named after U.S. Triple Crown Champion Thoroughbred racehorses such as Secretariat and Citation.  Most Saddle Up townhomes offer views of one of two lakes within the community.  This is a horse and pet friendly community and it is governed by the Saddle Up Townhomes Association.
