This community of 78 townhomes was built in 2005.  Saddle Bridge at Davie Florida offers 2-3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouses, some of which offer views of the lake.  There are three floor plans and the 3-bedroom units come with either a 1- or 2-car garage, though all end units include a 2-car garage.  Brick pavered entrance walkways and driveways are standard on all townhomes.

Saddle Bridge townhouses are on streets with names that include Sundance Way, Foxcroft Lane, Paddock Place and Deercreek Court.  Near the entrance to this community are its amenities which include a fenced children's playground as well as the community pool with brick pavered sundeck and cabana bathrooms. This community is governed by the Saddle Bridge Homeowners Association.
